The site is on the Mitchell House preparatory school campus in Polokwane. The brief called for an early childhood development centre for 122 learners, in a building that is evident of its young and playful users. The objective was a learning environment where children are encouraged to interact with their surroundings. The construction method of the building remains apparent, allowing its users to study the assembly of its components.

Pre-contract: project inception and appraisal; concept and design development; technical and procurement documentation. Post-contract: construction-phase contract administration, technical inspections and quality control.

The project received an Award for Architecture from the South African Institute of Architects, Limpopo. Mitchell House School confirmed in writing on 25 April 2019 that LEMEG was appointed as Principal Agents and Architects.
