University of Venda: School of Education
The School of Education building on the University of Venda campus: raised over a landscaped site, with tiered lecture venues.
The building is designed for the Faculty of Education and is sited within the University of Venda campus in Thohoyandou. It is elevated and raised to enhance and perpetuate the natural landscape that exists across the campus, which also provides shaded resting spaces for students.
Pre-contract: project inception and appraisal; concept and design development; technical and procurement documentation. Post-contract: construction-phase contract administration, technical inspections and quality control.
